Cassidy handled our out of state transaction with excellence, professionalism and beyond our best expectations. With us not being able to be nearby and many fix up details to work through, she handled every detail. She found and coordinated contractors, inspected their work, kept an eye on the property, checked every detail and negotiated a great selling price. We never once felt any concerns about not being in state as she was fantastic in handling everything. She was the best we could even imagine and much more.

Cassidy was AMAZING! I was moving out of oregon, getting out of a bad situation with a former roommate, stressed out of my mind, and she took care of everything for me! She got repairs sorted, rooms painted, even staged the house. Her communication was excellent, and I had so little to worry about in general because she was so on top of everything. My house ended up selling for more than i was expecting, and it sold much faster than I thought it would. Not to mention Cassidy is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She is truly caring and kind. 100% recommend!
